To progress your pre-approval, make sure each of the documents below is gathered and current. Your broker will ask for these in one batch, so collecting them up front avoids a second round of requests.

Passport or National ID
High-resolution colour scan of the photo page. Must be valid for at least 6 months.

Signed declaration of the origin of your deposit.

Official statements for all bank accounts, last 3 months.
